Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MotionControlAI.ai (motioncontrolai.ai). This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for MotionControlAI.ai subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, and credit-based AI video generation features.
Refund Request Period
You may request a refund within 10 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The request is submitted within 10 days of purchase.
- No more than 10% of the credits granted by that purchase have been consumed.
- The request is sent from, or clearly identifies, the email address used for the purchase.
- The request includes a brief explanation of the issue or reason for the refund.
Credits and Usage
Credits are usage units consumed when you generate AI videos, use paid video models, select paid duration or resolution options, or access other credit-based features. Refund eligibility is based on the credits granted by the specific purchase being reviewed.
Credits already consumed are not refundable. If a refund is approved, the refund amount may be calculated proportionally based on the remaining unused credits from the eligible purchase.
Failed Generations
If a generation fails because of a system or provider error, credits are not intended to be charged for that failed result. When credits are deducted for a failed generation, we may restore the affected credits to your account instead of issuing a cash refund.
Free generations, promotional credits, trial credits, referral credits, and other non-paid credits have no cash value and are not eligible for cash refunds.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund previous charges.
Subscription refund requests are reviewed under the same 10-day request period and usage conditions described above.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review the request within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
- Final processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be declined when:
- The request is submitted after the 10-day refund period.
- More than 10% of the granted credits have been consumed.
- The purchase has already been refunded.
- We detect abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
