How are credits calculated?+

Motion Control is priced by output seconds: 720p costs 10 credits per second and 1080p costs 15 credits per second, with a 3-second minimum.

Do credits roll over?+

Subscription credits refresh at the end of each billing cycle. One-time top-up credits are valid for 12 months.

What happens if a generation fails?+

Provider or system failures are not intended to consume credits. If credits are deducted for a failed result, they can be restored.

Can I cancel a subscription?+

Yes. You can cancel renewal anytime. Your current paid period remains available until the billing cycle ends.
